As we bid farewell to the old and welcome the new, it's time for a fresh start! With the new year comes a batch of optimizations you've eagerly awaited in Infinity Nikki!

We've gathered millions of suggestions and ideas through in-game surveys and feedback. We deeply appreciate your participation and support for Infinity Nikki!

Every suggestion you've shared inspires us to move forward. After thoughtful discussion and analysis, we've compiled a summary of upcoming optimizations to share with you. In the future, we will broaden our communication channels by utilizing in-game tools and official platforms. If you have suggestions or ideas to share, please let us know! Now, let's dive into some of the ongoing optimizations.

Game Performance On Mobile Devices

Feedback from surveys revealed a lot of suggestions regarding the game's performance on mobile devices. We recognize that this presents a significant challenge that must be addressed.

"The Purifying Orbs always miss their target—even when aimed perfectly!"

Don't worry, we are working on it!

Upcoming adjustments will improve the Purification aiming system, making it easier to hit enemies at close range and with varying height differences. We're also fine-tuning collision sensitivity to address issues caused by obstacles, uneven terrain, and near-miss cases where Purifying Orbs graze their targets.

"Can you improve the performance on Huawei devices? Pixels are everywhere under medium graphics quality!"

Optimizing graphics is one of our top priorities. We're working on enhancing compatibility and performance for Huawei/Honor devices. Efforts to boost graphics quality, address lag, and optimize power consumption are ongoing for all devices.

Better Whimcycle Controls? Of course!

"The Whimcycle controls on mobile devices are frustrating—please optimize!" Consider it done!

We're introducing two new joystick control modes for Whimcycles: a joystick + button combo and a single joystick mode. You'll also be able to choose your preferred setup in the settings.

Plus, falling into the water while riding will no longer result in your Whimcycle disappearing! You'll now respawn in riding mode. And soon, you won't be limited to riding the Whimcycle in Breezy Meadow—let's explore more areas!

Better tutorials? Sure!

We believe that by now, some stylists are already well-versed in exploring Miraland, but we still want to share some updates regarding improvements to the prologue.

The prologue sets the stage for Infinity Nikki and offers stylists their first glimpse of Miraland.

Based on your feedback and social media posts, we noticed issues such as overly long processes and unclear tutorials that prevented new stylists from engaging in this magical world. We don't want the "first encounter" to be filled with memories of getting lost, confusion, frustration, and failure. Therefore, we have optimized certain processes and tutorials based on the original storyline, hoping to provide a better prologue experience for everyone.

Outfit Recommendation in Styling Challenges

Previously, we addressed the issue of having to compare accessories one by one to achieve the highest score. But we haven't forgotten our promise to introduce the high-score outfit auto recommendation feature! Once the optimization is done, you can quickly apply high-scoring outfit recommendations with this feature!

Adjustments to Material Refresh Times

You've asked, and we'll deliver—material refresh times will be fixed at 4:00 AM (Server Time) daily.

PC Key Bindings Customization

PC players will soon be able to customize key bindings for actions like jumping, sprinting, plunging, and interacting. More key customization options will be added over time.

Optimizations of Precise Tracking on the Mini-Map

Precise tracking will be improved to address issues with unclear directions. Once the optimization is done, items tracked using this feature will appear on the mini-map, making it easier to locate them.

More Optimizations in Progress!

Updates for Momo's Camera are on the way! Once the optimization is done, you will be able to take photos while using the Shrinking ability.

Future development plans also include a vertical photo mode, offering a convenient way to take vertical shots—no more neck strain while trying to capture the perfect angle! Additionally, features like taking group photos with Momo and interactive poses with Momo, as requested by stylists, are also under development and will be introduced in future versions.

The Esseling tracking feature is currently under development. Once enabled, it will provide guidance to the locations of specific Esselings based on the drops you need.

In the future, we plan to improve the mobile frame rate and enable a 60 FPS option. This is not just a simple adjustment—it represents our effort to push the performance limits of current mobile devices while using Unreal Engine 5. This will require a long-term and continuous optimization process, and we hope stylists can give us a little more time.
