Q1: What does linking your PS and Infold accounts mean, and how does it work?
A1: Linking your PS and Infold accounts allows you to sync your game progress and share data across the 2 platforms. This means that if you log into the game on iOS/Android/PC using your PS account, or on PlayStation using a PS account linked to your Infold email, your game progress will be shared and synced across both platforms.
Q2: What kind of accounts can be linked?
A2: To link your accounts, the following conditions must be met: The PS account has never been used to log into Infinity Nikki, or the email hasn't been used to register an Infold account.
Details:
- If the PS account has never been used to log into Infinity Nikki, you can link an Infold account email that is already registered.
- If the email has never been used to register an Infold account, you can link a PS account that has already been used to log into the game to this email, and the email will automatically register an Infold account.
In the following conditions, linking won't be possible:
If your PS account has already been used to log into Infinity Nikki and you wish to link it to an Infold email that's already registered, you won't be able to proceed with the linking.
This is because when you use your PS account to quickly create an Infold account, a new Infold account is automatically generated, so it cannot be linked to another pre-registered Infold email.
Therefore, if you want to link your PS account which has already been used to log into Infinity Nikki to an email, please make sure the email has not been used to register an Infold account.
Q3: How do I link my accounts?
A3: Depending on your situation,
there are two different linking processes:
Situation 1:
If you have existing game progress on iOS/Android/PC and want to link an Infold-registered email to a PS account that hasn't logged into the game yet:
Linking Process:
Use a PS account that hasn't logged into Infinity Nikki yet on PlayStation. After logging into the game for the first time, just follow the instructions to link your account to an existing Infold email.
Note: Make sure to link your accounts using the "Use an Existing Account" option on the login screen. If you select "Create an Infold Account," your PS account will automatically log in and create a new Infold account, which will prevent you from linking it to another Infold email that's already registered.
Situation 2:
If you have game progress on PlayStation and want to link your PS account to an email that hasn't registered an Infold account yet:
Linking Process:
After logging into the game on PlayStation, you can contact customer service in Pear-Pal and request to link your account to an email that hasn't been used to register an Infold account.
Q4: Can I unlink my accounts after linking them?
A4: Unlinking accounts is not supported currently.
Q5: If I use my PS account to log in to the game for the first time and the game crashes when the linking window pops up, will I still have a chance to link my accounts later?
A5: If this happens, the linking window will pop up again the next time you log into the game.
Q6: After linking, can I log in on iOS/Android/PC using my PS account, or log in on PlayStation using the linked Infold email?
A6: Yes, you can.
Q7: If my PS account has existing game progress, can I link it to an Infold-registered email in Infold Account Center?
A7: Currently, this feature is not supported.
Q8: Can one PS account be linked to multiple emails? Or can one Infold-registered email be linked to multiple PS accounts?
A8: Currently, one PS account can only be linked to one email. Similarly, one Infold-registered email can only be linked to one PS account.
Q9: If I miss the account linking popup window the first time I log in with my PS account, will it show up again? Or can I log into Infinity Nikki on PlayStation and link this PS account to my Infold account in Infold User Center?
A9: The account linking window will only pop up the first time you log in with your PS account and accept the user agreement. If you choose "Quick Create Infold Account," the linking window won't pop up again. So be sure to link your account when prompted.
If the linking window pops up the first time you log in with your PS account, it means the account hasn't been linked to an Infold account yet, and there won't be any conflict with an existing Infold email. You can link the email directly from the popup window. However, if you bypass it, your PS account will continue to log in, and a new Infold account will be automatically registered.
Q10: If I've registered an Infold account and played Infinity Nikki, can I link a PS account from another country/region that hasn't logged into the game yet?
A10: Currently, there are no regional restrictions on PS accounts that are to link with Infold accounts, except for certain regions with specific policies (like China Mainland).
Q11: After I link my PS account to an Infold account on iOS/Android/PC, will I unlock corresponding PlayStation trophies?
A11: After linking your account, if you log into Infinity Nikki on PlayStation, corresponding trophies will be unlocked.
Top-up
Q1: Are Stellarites obtained from topping up on iOS/Android/PC shared with those obtained from topping up on PlayStation?
A1: Yes, once your account is linked, Stellarites obtained on PC or mobile platforms can be used on PlayStation, and vice versa. This includes but is not limited to Stellarites, Featured Packs, Monthly Gifts, Weekly Gains, Distant Anthem, Miracle Epic, and compensation for any top-up issues. Stellarites obtained from topping up on PlayStation will be displayed on iOS/Android/PC, and vice versa.
