Notice on the Resolution Plan for the "Lotus Heart" Evolution Issue

Dear Stylists,

Following the Version 1.8 update, an issue occurred where the evolution of the 4-star outfit Lotus Heart into Lotus Heart: Longing involved abnormal material consumption. This issue was fixed by our team on July 29, 2025, at 22:40 (UTC-7). For accounts affected by this issue, we plan to carry out an online update on August 14, 2025, at 19:00 (UTC-7) to restore the relevant account data. Affected stylists will receive the update upon logging into the game.

The details of the update are as follows:

  1. Accounts Affected by This Update

Accounts that had not yet completed two full sets of Lotus Heart before July 29, 22:40 (UTC-7) but had already completed the evolution to Lotus Heart: Longing are considered "affected accounts."

Note: To ensure a better experience for all stylists, if an affected account completes both sets of Lotus Heart before the update on August 14, 19:00 (UTC-7), no data restoration will be performed for that account.

2. Data Restoration Plan for Affected Accounts

The evolution status of the Lotus Heart outfit will be reset to unevolved, and the 8 outfit pieces of Lotus Heart: Longing will be removed.

For stylists whose outfit evolution status is reset after the update, they will be able to evolve again once the second set of Lotus Heart is completed.

a. For stylists currently wearing any pieces of the Lotus Heart: Longing with an affected account, the current look will be reset to the default Perfect Start after the update; if any Lotus Heart: Longing pieces were used and saved in [Customize Outfit], [Custom Look], or [Favorite Outfit], those setups will also be reset to the default Perfect Start or the default Ability Outfits.

b. For stylists among the affected accounts who had already claimed the outfit collection reward for Lotus Heart: Longing, 20 Diamonds will be deducted after the update, and the reward claim status will be reset.

After obtaining the second full set and evolving again, stylists may re-claim the reward.

c. For stylists among the affected accounts, if palette entries were unlocked for Lotus Heart or Lotus Heart: Longing, all palettes will be reset to locked status. The used Luminous Prisms will be returned, and all dyeing states for the outfits will revert to default.c. During verification, we identified cases in the affected accounts where stylists had recycled pieces of the second Lotus Heart outfit before completing it.

To avoid forcing stylists to start over to complete the second set, we will reissue all previously obtained pieces of the second set via in-game mail after the update.

Note: A small number of non-affected accounts had obtained the full first set and some or all pieces of the second set without evolving. Due to the issue, they accidentally recycled the second set pieces using the quick recycle feature.

We will reissue the mistakenly recycled pieces via in-game mail within two business days after this notice—please keep an eye on your mailbox.

3. Compensation Plan

We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused, and 150 Diamonds will be distributed to all stylists via in-game mail.

As compensation for the additional Lotus Heart outfit pieces retained by affected accounts and the possible recycling of those pieces:

Since these outfit pieces can be converted into up to 40 Glitter Bubbles through the recycling system, we will distribute the following items to all players via in-game mail:

Glitter Bubbles: Elegant ×40

Glitter Bubbles: Cool ×40

Glitter Bubbles: Sweet ×40

Glitter Bubbles: Sexy ×40

Glitter Bubbles: Fresh ×40

Bling ×100,000

Compensation Distribution Time

All compensation will be delivered by August 15, 2025, at 09:00 (UTC-7).
