Home Optimization Report: New Warp Points, "Undo" in Construction Mode, and More Improvements Coming Your Way!

With the launch of Version 1.9 Music Season, the all-new Home feature is finally here!

This feature was born from a shared wish between stylists and the Devs: to give Nikki a little place to rest and recharge between her adventures in Miraland—a cozy world all her own.

We want this space to be full of freedom, self-expression, and beauty.

Here, Nikki can let her Whim run wild, build her forever home, decorate, plant, fish, and just be carefree.

She's never alone either, always surrounded by friends who care about her, both old and new, including the Junimo and animal companions!

This is the perfect place for stylists to let their creativity shine, and we can't wait to see all the amazing creations you'll bring to life!

Since the launch of the Home system, we've been keeping a close eye on your experiences and have received so much valuable feedback. Thank you all for sharing your thoughts, impressions, and suggestions! We're carefully reviewing everything, evaluating it, and planning the right optimizations. Some improvements need extra rounds of stability testing and compatibility checks to make sure everything runs smoothly and reliably when they go live. We really appreciate your patience and support while we make your Home experience even better!

At this time, we'd like to share with you the latest updates and upcoming plans for the Home feature:

Home Warp Locations and QoL Improvements

We noticed that many of you often need to visit Posy to check Home Abilities or access the Yardling Shop. To make things more convenient, we've added a teleportation location for the Astral Tree, making it easier to reach Posy. In the future, we also plan to add moveable teleportation locations within your Home, so you can get around more freely.

In addition, we've made a few quick fixes to improve your overall experience:

● Fixed incorrect furniture quantities displayed in the Crafting Table inventory.

● Resolved an issue where higher-level furniture appeared in Yardling Purchase's "Top Weekly Picks" even if players weren't able to craft them yet.

● Corrected cases where Meteorites appeared in unreachable spots after using the Star Collecting ability.

Construction Features and Home Notification Improvements

One of the most requested features is finally on its way—an Undo option in the Construction mode! It's currently in development and is expected to arrive in Version 1.10. Soon, you'll be able to let your creativity run wild and experiment freely without worrying about mistakes.

If you're still getting the hang of furniture placement and rotation, don't worry! You can fine-tune everything in Settings—turn on snap placement, adjust Single Movement Distance, and set Single Rotation Distance. As your Construction Ability grows, you'll unlock even more powerful tools like Batch Placing, Floating Construction, Clipping Construction, Free Rotating, and Free Resizing, giving your creations endless possibilities.

We've also heard your requests for an overhead view while building. Once your Construction Ability reaches a certain level, you can combine it with Gliding Ability to unlock Floral Construction, letting you control the camera freely while placing furniture. We're keeping an eye on reports about obstructed views during Floral Construction and will carefully evaluate if any tweaks are needed.

In addition, you'll now see notifications whenever Home rewards are ready to claim or Home Abilities can be upgraded. This feature is set to roll out during Version 1.9.

Ability Wheel Enhancements and Ongoing Improvements

We'll continue enhancing the Home feature based on your feedback, making the experience smoother and even more enjoyable! With the addition of the Home Abilities, the current Ability Wheel isn't quite big enough to cover both open world and Home needs. In a future update, stylists will be able to customize and switch between 3 different Ability Wheel loadouts, making it easier to be ready for any situation. Other optimizations already in the works include:

● Adding default Home templates.

● Displaying the amount of Astralites.

● Adjustable volume controls for the Chicken Gramophone.

We're working hard on these improvements, so keep an eye out—they'll be coming soon!

We've also received the following requests:

● The ability to preview crafting materials when buying furniture sketches.

● The option to enter Realm Challenges directly from Home.

We're reviewing each of these suggestions carefully and will keep you updated as soon as we have a plan, so stay tuned!
