★ Version 2.3 Update Highlights ★

As the Chinese New Year ushers in a new start, Version 2.3 is launching soon!

Embracing the fresh energy of the new year, we're here to highlight the key points of the Version 2.3 update preview, hoping to give stylists a clear understanding of the new features and how to use them. Grab a seat, and let's dive right in! ヾ(≧▽≦*)o

★ Ability Setup Interface: New Category Filters & Card View ★

After the Version 2.3 update, the Ability Setup interface will feature new ability category filters, grouping abilities into four categories: [Collect], [Area], [Home], and [Inspire].

● [Collect] includes abilities such as Animal-Grooming, Bug-Catching, and Fishing.

● [Area] includes abilities that can only be used in specific parts of the open world, such as Gigantification and Shrinking.

● [Home] includes abilities related to building and managing your Home, such as Construction, Fish Keeping, and Animal Inviting.

● [Inspire] includes creative abilities that don't fall into the other categories, such as Whimsicality and World Rhythms.

With this update, you can first filter by category, then search, making it much faster to find exactly what you need.

Additionally, we're adding a new card view to the existing ability list view. This layout displays more abilities on a single screen, reducing the need for excessive scrolling. You can easily switch between List View and Card View using the toggle button, allowing you to choose the display style that best suits your preferences.

★ Quick Switch for Whimsicality Abilities ★

When a Whimsicality ability is equipped, a new quick switch button will appear next to the ability icon on the main game screen. Activating this button will open the Whimsicality ability list, making it much faster to select and change your active Whimsicality ability.

★ Adjustable Button Layout on Mobile ★

Starting from Version 2.3, as shown in the image, the entire button cluster in this area can now be moved within a small range. Furthermore, the [Whim Essence] button and the [Ring the Starbell] button can now be swapped! You can go to [Settings > Custom > Interface Settings] to adjust the layout according to your preferences.

★ D-Pad Navigation on Console ★

D-pad navigation will be enabled on some console interfaces. This allows for more precise menu selection in areas like the Store, Backpack, and Dye interfaces, reducing the need for constant analog stick adjustments. D-pad support will also be gradually introduced to additional interfaces in future updates.

We've also prepared some extra surprises apart from interface features. ヾ(ｏ･ω･)ﾉ

★ Save Your Favorite Photo Poses ★

Momo's Camera is receiving exciting enhancements in Version 2.3! A new Favorites function and tab will allow you to save your go-to poses. When preparing for a photoshoot, simply open the [Favorites] tab to access them instantly—streamlining your creative workflow.

★ Manual Focus Adjustment for the Camera ★

We're also enhancing Momo's Camera's focus functionality with a new [Focus on Nikki] toggle. When enabled, the camera will automatically focus on Nikki. When turned off, you can manually adjust the focus distance for greater creative control and more dynamic compositions.

★ All Previous 3-Star Outfits Are Now Dyeable! ★

After the Version 2.3 update, all previously released 3-star outfits can now be dyed. You can head to the Dye interface to start experimenting. With even more styling possibilities unlocked, we can't wait to see the beautiful new color variations you create and share!

★ New Decorations Placeable in Home ★

The overall Home load limits have already been optimized in the current version. After the Version 2.3 update, the decorations [Snuggle Puff], [Bunny Beanbag], and [Bubbly Bath] will also be placeable in your Home. We hope these additions inspire even more creative designs!

★ Co-op Chat Optimizations ★

After holding hands with another stylist, your chat thread will be pinned to the top of the channel for easier access and uninterrupted communication. Additionally, private messages between hand-holding partners will now appear as speech bubbles above your characters' heads, making your shared adventures, explorations, and photoshoots even more immersive and fun.
