1. The Sponsor of this event is Infold Pte. Ltd. By participating in this Event, you acknowledge that you have fully read and agreed to the event announcement, these Giveaway Rules, and all applicable user agreements, rules and other terms issued by the Sponsor in connection with the Event (collectively, the "Event Rules"). The Sponsor reserves the right to update the relevant rules as necessary for event administration. Any updated rules will be published directly on this page and/or announced through the Event page (if applicable) or official social media channels. Continued participation in the Event after the revised Event Rules have been published will be deemed to mean that you agree to and accept such amended rules and terms. If you do not agree to the Event Rules, the related terms, or any updated Event Rules, you shall refrain from participating in this Event.
2. To be eligible to participate in this Event, you must: (i) have reached the minimum age required to participate by the applicable social media platform and by Infinity Nikki in your jurisdiction; (ii) have the legal capacity under applicable law to participate in the Event and comply with the Event Rules and any other applicable terms; and (iii) participate using a valid, active social media account that you have lawfully registered and that is maintained and used by you in the ordinary course. Fake, impersonated, bulk-registered, bot-operated, or otherwise abnormal accounts (including accounts that have been suspended, access-restricted, or otherwise not in good standing) may not be used. If the Sponsor determines that any such account has been used, it may revoke all Event participation privileges associated with that account.
3. Unless otherwise specified by the Sponsor, all timings in this Event follow UTC-7. Within legal limits, the Sponsor reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate this Event for reasonable and necessary reasons, with notice provided through official channels. All participation requirements, judging criteria, prize details, and schedules for individual events shall be subject to its official announcement and applicable rules for each individual event.
4. Users shall not participate in this Event using unfair or cheating methods that violate the rules. If a user is found to have engaged in any of the following conduct or to fall under any of the following circumstances, the Sponsor reserves the right to investigate and, as appropriate, take measures including, without limitation, restricting or revoking the user's eligibility to participate in the Event and canceling or recovering any benefits obtained through participation, without any obligation to compensate the participant or pay damages. The Sponsor further reserves the right to pursue legal action. The Sponsor reserves the right to make public announcements regarding users' violations of the Event Rules.
(1) Participating in this Event through improper means, including by using unauthorized emulators, plugins, cheat software, hardware devices, scripts, exploits, or other prohibited tools; manipulating votes or comments; using another person's content without permission; creating accounts in bulk for abusive purposes; submitting altered images as false proof of participation; using multiple accounts controlled by the same individual; or colluding with other users to obtain Event rewards unfairly. For purposes of this provision, accounts will be deemed to be controlled by the same individual if they share any identifying information, including social media account details, game account details, contact information, or shipping information; are linked by a common identifier; or the Sponsor otherwise has reasonable grounds to believe they are associated;
(2) Interfering with the normal operation of the website or platform, such as bulk registration of user accounts, improper use of accounts, or interfering with, damaging, altering, or otherwise impacting the website/platform by technical means;
(3) Utilizing this Event for illegal or criminal activities, such as utilizing this Event for money laundering, cash-out schemes, frauds, or other unlawful acts;
(4) Attempting to obtain rewards through improper means, including fraud, coercion, or third-party transactions;
(5) Posting content that violates the applicable platform's community guidelines or generally accepted standards of conduct and decency; contains unlawful, sexually explicit, violent, defamatory, rights-infringing, political, discriminatory, or otherwise inappropriate material; deliberately incites conflict or attacks other users; or contains inappropriate remarks that cause controversy;
(6) Posting content that bullies, harasses, or insults any individual or group, or otherwise infringes the legal rights of others;
(7) Publishing content or promotions unrelated to the game, or redirecting to third-party platforms;
(8) Any other conduct that violates applicable law, the Event Rules, or any user agreement or other rules issued by the Sponsor in connection with the Event; violates the principle of good faith; or is otherwise reasonably determined to be improper by the Sponsor.
5. The Sponsor reserves the right to suspend or cancel this Event without bearing any legal liability or adverse consequences, if this Event is unable to proceed normally, users are unable to participate or fail in participation, or rewards are distributed incorrectly due to the following reasons:
(1) Force majeure or change of circumstances, including but not limited to natural disasters, policy requirements from competent authorities, government directives, major pandemic impacts, or other unforeseeable, unavoidable, and insurmountable situations, or other objective changes that prevent the normal operation of this Event.
(2) Restrictions imposed on the Event by the platform hosting it, or any other circumstances that disrupt the normal operation of the Event;
(3) Network failures in the user's region, payment platform malfunctions, telecommunications carrier malfunctions, or other situations beyond the Sponsor's control.
6. As described on the Event page (if applicable), in the Event Rules, and in the Sponsor's Privacy Policy, the Sponsor will collect certain information about users, such as their Infinity Nikki game account details, social media account information, recipient name, telephone number, and shipping address, as well as any other personal information they provide when completing a survey or communicating with the Sponsor or its partners' personnel, if applicable. This information will be used solely to identify users, administer the Event, manage risk, publish winner lists, and distribute rewards. Unless otherwise stated, this information will not be used for any other purposes without the user's consent. This information may be shared with third parties we work with, including warehousing and logistics service providers for delivery and third-party payment service providers that maintain appropriate data-security safeguards to distribute Event rewards and comply with legal obligations applicable in users' respective jurisdictions, such as tax-information filing or reporting requirements and risk-management obligations. We have entered into strict agreements with our partners, obligating them to process your personal information solely for the purposes stated above and to implement sufficient security measures to protect your information. Upon completion of the reward issuance and after fulfilling any mandatory data retention periods required by law, we will delete your aforementioned personal information and require our cooperating third parties to do the same, unless otherwise stipulated by laws and regulations. The Sponsor will store users' personal information in compliance with applicable laws and regulations. For more details, please refer to the Event Rules and our Privacy Policy .
7. The rewards for this Event will be as specified in the applicable Event announcement and may include physical merchandise, physical or digital gift cards, in-game virtual items, cash, or other forms of reward. Except for cash rewards, rewards cannot be redeemed for cash. All rewards are non-transferable and may not be resold or exchanged for another reward of equal value. However, if a reward becomes unavailable or in the event of force majeure, the Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to substitute cash or another reward of equal or greater value. If a cash substitute is offered, winners must provide accurate payment account details within 7 business days after receiving the notice issued by the Sponsor. Winners are solely responsible for any taxes arising from receiving or using the prize and for reporting such taxes, if applicable.
Reward Fulfillment Details:
(1) Physical Rewards (if applicable): The Sponsor will notify winners by direct message through its official account or contact them through the contact information provided by the winners. Winners must provide the recipient's name, shipping address, contact information, and any other required details within 14 business days after receiving the notification, unless otherwise specified in the notification from the Sponsor or on the Event page. The Sponsor will arrange delivery within 120 business days after all required information has been collected. Winners must submit complete and accurate information by the specified deadline. If a winner is unable to receive a reward due to late submission, inaccurate information, or any other reason attributable to the winner, no replacement will be provided. Loss, damage, return, or seizure of a reward caused by circumstances beyond the Sponsor's control, including incorrect recipient information, failed delivery, an address outside the delivery area, customs-clearance requirements, or local courier policy restrictions, will not be eligible for replacement. Colors will be assigned at random and cannot be selected. Once received, physical rewards may not be returned or exchanged except in the event of a defect. To report a defect, the winner must provide a complete unboxing video and photographs clearly showing the issue within 7 business days of receipt. The Sponsor will arrange a return or replacement as appropriate.
(2) Gift Card Rewards (if applicable): The Sponsor will notify winners by direct message through its official account or contact them through the contact information provided by the winners. Digital gift cards will be sent as a redemption code or link using the contact information provided by the winner. Physical gift cards will be shipped together with any physical rewards. The terms of use, validity period, and permitted uses of each gift card are governed by the instructions provided when it is issued and the official rules of the card issuer. If a gift card cannot be used due to the winner's actions, including disclosing the redemption code, missing the redemption deadline, or failing to meet the applicable requirements, the Sponsor will not provide a replacement or compensation.
(3) In-Game Virtual Item Rewards (if applicable): In-game virtual item rewards are available only to Infinity Nikki players on the America, Asia and Europe servers. Rewards will be sent via in-game mail within 60 business days after the Event ends to the Infinity Nikki account provided by the winner when participating, such as the account associated with the UID included in a repost or comment submitted in accordance with the Event announcement. The mailbox function must be unlocked and becomes available after obtaining Pear-Pal in Sea of Stars. If a reward cannot be delivered or used, or is lost because the winner's account has been deleted, banned, or is otherwise not in good standing, no replacement will be provided. The attributes, effects, and usage rules of virtual items are governed by their in-game specifications.
(4) Cash Rewards (if applicable): The Sponsor will notify winners by direct message through its official account or contact them through the contact information provided by the winners. Winners must provide the payment information and any other required details within 14 business days after receiving the notification, unless otherwise specified in the notification from the Sponsor or on the Event page. Cash rewards will be issued by bank transfer or PayPal. If an account cannot receive payment due to restrictions imposed by a bank or third-party payment provider, or for any other reason beyond the Sponsor's control, the winner must provide an eligible payment account within 7 business days after receiving notice from the Sponsor. If a transfer fails because the payment information provided by the winner is invalid or does not comply with applicable local financial regulations, no replacement payment will be made.
8. The timing of delivery or receipt of all rewards is subject to the actual processing timeline. If the distribution of rewards is delayed due to circumstances beyond the Sponsor's reasonable control, including public holidays, peak shipping periods, local regulatory reviews, or system failures, the Sponsor shall not be liable for any delay in the distribution of the rewards.
9. If a winner is unable to claim or does not receive a reward for reasons attributable to the winner, the Sponsor will have no obligation to provide a replacement or compensation, and the reward will be forfeited. Such reasons include, without limitation, the winner's account being compromised or banned by the platform; the winner voluntarily declining the reward; or the winner failing to submit complete and accurate claim information within the period specified in the Sponsor's notice. This also applies if the information submitted is incorrect or invalid and prevents the Sponsor from verifying the winner's information.
10. The Sponsor shall make reasonable determinations regarding the administration of the Event process and participants' eligibility to win prizes in accordance with applicable law, and such determinations shall be binding on participants. If any provision of the Event Rules is found to be invalid or unenforceable under applicable local law, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect and binding on both parties.
11. This Event shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Singapore, without giving effect to any conflict of law rules or principles. The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods shall not apply.
You agree to first contact us (any disputes requiring negotiation should be notified to us in writing using the contact details provided in the Event Rules) for any claims, disputes, or controversies arising from or in connection with this Event. You agree to attempt to resolve such dispute in good faith. Should no effective solution be reached after thirty (30) days of negotiation, any disputes or legal proceedings between you and us shall be unconditionally submitted to the Singapore International Arbitration Centre ("SIAC") for arbitration, in accordance with the arbitration rules of SIAC in force at that time. The arbitral award shall be final and binding on both parties. In the event that this arbitration clause is unenforceable for any disputes, both parties agree to submit such disputes to the Singapore courts for resolution. You hereby waive any defenses regarding lack of personal jurisdiction and/or forum non conveniens with respect to venue and jurisdiction, whether in arbitration or judicial proceedings.
12. This Event is independently organized and administered by the Sponsor and is not affiliated with, sponsored, endorsed, administered, or organized by any social media platform on which the Event is conducted. Any information you provide in connection with your participation in the Event is submitted solely to the Sponsor and not to the relevant social media platform. These Giveaway Rules apply only to events that expressly incorporate these rules in their official announcements or event pages.
